The Manager Toolkit
HSYCO is pre-configured with a Web-based toolkit of applications, the Manager, that gives you access to configuration and administration functions, including the ability to change the network settings and the operating system's password, HSYCO users management and the tools to create customized graphic user interfaces.

The Manager is the Web-based toolkit of applications that you will use to create customized graphic user interfaces and access all system's configuration files.
The Manager runs on most modern Web browsers, running on a PC. Microsoft’s Internet Explorer versions 8 and older are not supported, and IE9 is not guaranteed to work, although it should in most cases.
To access the Manager, enter the following URL in your Web Browser:
https://192.168.0.50/hsycoserver/manager
You need to authenticate using a PIN with administrator privileges to use the Manager.
Click About in the bottom left corner to show HSYCO’s current version information.

Workspace Layout
File Manager, Status Browser, Log Viewer and Docs offer Tools → Layout with two choices:
- Full width fills the available application area.
- Centered keeps the workspace centered at a width you can adjust.
Drag an outer edge to resize a centered workspace. Double-click an edge, or choose Reset centered width, to restore the default width. Press Escape to cancel a resize.
Each application remembers its layout and width in your browser. File Manager and Docs start centered; Status Browser and Log Viewer start at full width. Centered workspaces fit smaller windows without losing their saved width.
Editor Versioning
The Project Editor and Code Editor keep backup versions when changes are saved.
Version retention strategy:
- Always Keep: preserve the last 5 backups.
- Daily Backups: from the remaining backups, keep one backup per unique day, up to 7 days.
- Weekly Backups: from the backups not already selected, keep one backup per unique week, up to 4 weeks.
- Monthly Backups: from the backups not already selected, keep one backup per unique month, up to 6 months.
- Yearly Backups: from the backups not already selected, keep one backup per unique year, up to 6 years.
The total retention limit is 28 backups. Each backup is assigned to only one category. When adding a new backup would exceed this limit, the oldest backups outside the retained set are deleted.
